Covid-19 & Flu Vaccinations

Covid-19 vaccine

We will contact patients when the Covid-19 vaccine is available for them  via text – Please DO NOT contact us. Due to limited supply of the vaccine, the NHS will initially be targeting patients in order of the following Priority Groups – currently Priority Groups 1 – 4 are being targeted and we are slowly starting to phase in groups 5 & 6. 6All individuals aged 16 years to 64 years with underlying health conditions which put them at higher risk of serious disease and mortality
7All those 60 years of age and over
8All those 55 years of age and over
9All those 50 years of age and over

Patients will not receive the vaccine at Acton Health Centre but will be booked into a Covid-19 vaccination centre (likely at Ealing Town Hall or Southall Dominion Centre). Currently you will require 2 doses of the vaccine which are administered at least 21 days apart. Flu vaccine

All flu vaccines are currently in stock at the practice. If you are in any of the groups below and received an invitation, please book your flu vaccine appointment online or  by contacting reception. 

  • Children aged 2-3yrs old (age on 31 Aug 2020 – born between 1 Sept 2016 & 31 Aug 2018)  – Please read this link: Vaccines and Porcine Gelatine
